Ein gelungenes Mix zwischen Buch, Hörbuch und Spiel. Viele nette 3D Features, macht Bock diese zu entdecken. ;)

Bin absolut begeistert.

Ich habe mir die App für einen iPod 4 heruntergeladen, aber nach dem Öffnen schließt sie sich sofort wieder... Gibt es eine Version, die kompatibel ist?? Das wäre toll, die App sieht sehr vielversprechend aus...!

Wirklich schön gemacht. Tolle Grafik, passende Musik, interssante Hintergrundinformationen. Ist die 3€ absolut wert!

Die Aufbereitung der App ist super, aber wieso wird hier "dass" mit "ß" geschrieben? Vielleicht lässt sich dies mit einer Aktualisierung beheben!? Die Rechtschreibreform ist ja nun schon einigeZeit her...

Viel zu gut für ein Buch sogar! :D Echt schade das dieses App nicht ins Vorschein gebracht wird. Es verdient mehr Werbung und Beachtung finde ich. Von der Einleitung bis zum Schluss voll genossen. Bitte mehr entwickeln.. Und die 1.99 ist garnichts für diese Performance. Super!

Einfach nur geil gemacht und einen In-App-Kauf wert!

Die atmosphärisch ins viktorianische England passende grafische Untermalung und die Point&Click-Elemente dabei sind beste Unterhaltung, auch wenn man die Geschichte schon kennt. Der In-App-Kauf für das ganze Buch ist seinen Preis von z.Z. 1,99€ IMO mehr als Wert. Würde mich über weitere interaktive Holmes-Geschichten freuen!

Es hat unglaublich viel Spaß gemacht, dieses interaktive Buch zu hören/lesen/sehen. Die Bilder sind wunderschön. Es wurde viel Wert auf Detailreichtum gelegt. Eine wahre Freude für Sherlock Holmes-Fans!

I would literally LOVE to read all of Sherlock's mysteries this way!! Make the rest of them!

Everything about this app/book is beautiful - the art, music, sound, narration, and interactive elements - especially the more unique ones such as the scenes that are drawn out as you flick through them or the climactic scene with the camera revolving around the action. This is how "books on tape" should be! To anyone crying disappointment in this not being a game/adventure... really? It's described as an interactive adventure, and that's what it is. Sherlock Holmes stories are adventures, and this is certainly interactive. Are the items relatively easy to find? Yes, but that's not the point - they're simply there to read about in the collection screen - extra bits of history and interest related to the story and characters. Don't rate it poorly just because it doesn't meet YOUR ridiculous expectations! Rate it based on what it is! 🙄

Short read but really worth it! Creative scenes and hidden objects add to the Story line. You won't be disappointed

WoooooW Amazing

At first play I was stunned by the amazing detail of graphics and voice over. The dossier and collected items are exquisite in their detail and manipulability. Wow! But..... Then I proceeded to work through this "adventure". And that's when it disappointed. It's not a game or an adventure. Finding the items in the pictures with the magnifying glass is lame as they highlight in yellow and you come to realize there is absolutely no purpose to it. There is no "point" to this other than simply enjoy a digital book that adds an exercise of collecting things that just wastes your time. I guess it's all about expectations- this app should not be billed as a game or adventure but simply an elaborate digital book.

I am really enjoying this book but the music is so loud it's hard to hear the words.

Nice 3D illustrations, and many small clever touches.

I have this version of the red headed league read by Simon Vance and have listened to it many times. This animated version was so enjoyable. Very creative and well executed. I too hope there are more stories to follow.

I purchased Sherlock last week. After I installed it I found that there was no sound after I launched the program despite sound being set at the highest setting. I sent an email to their website the same day. As of January 4 I have not heard from them.

This is app is truly beautifully constructed. The animators and artists show great talent and bring the scenes to life with moving imagery. Well done!

It is really a very impressive classical digital book and totally admire the level of creative work that has been put into this app. Wonder if any further stories should developed and added to the app itself.

This interactive book was a unique way to enjoy a classic Sherlock Holmes story. The beautiful settings, animation and narration brought the story to life. There was also interesting history behind the collectable objects giving insight to everyday Victorian England.

Absolutely love this book!!! Will there be more made? I have recommended this to everyone I know. Fabulous reading experience.

More of a narrated book with 3D images than a game. Beautiful settings and historical detail.

I love this game!! Beautifully drawn illustration and witty dialogue, everything exceeded my expectation. I pleasantly bought in-app-purchase. Sir, developers, you made too wonderful thing to be buried, please move the category to game, so a lot more people can enjoy this s gem.

No sound on my iPad. Demo for app has sound. No sound after buying & installing on iPad. Installed twice. Wrote to haab support, got no reply. Don't waste your time or money.

Make the real books please. This is far more interesting than a real book.

Very engaging and fun to read as it captures your attention and reels you into the story with the sounds and music, beautiful images, and interactive activities. I highly recommend it but don't try to load it on an old device.

Hey, I enjoyed the app lots, I didn't pay for the rest because I have already read that book. I really enjoyed the images that were certainly hard work to create. As a kinesthetic sort, I really liked being given a chance to snoop around as the dialogue was being read. I could look at the clues and reading the case files and biographies, I felt much more aware of what was actually happening than in the reading of a book! This is a gold mine of an idea. Would you guys please please consider doing that same style app with the Holy Bible!?? That would be SO awesome!

Read the first ten pages only to find out that in order to keep going you have to pay! I was looking forward to a new free game but that's not true! 😡😡 So irritating!

This is such a wonderfully interactive and intriguing piece of art/novel! This is like a breath of fresh air when it come to an interactive novel. Everything from the superb graphics to the smoothness of finding clues and the responsiveness of the screen functions. This is truly a work of art that if Sir Author was alive he would be floored by the way this is presented! I can't wait to see more stories from this developer. The details are just breathtaking and a pure joy to behold on every level. Please make more like this. It would be awesome if all of his works could be done like this. This is a wonderful way to bring back the Sherlock Holmes experience with this interactive novel. The visuals and the interface is wonderful. Can’t wait for the next edition.

It's NOT FREE!

I'm in a writing class and we had to write essays about Sherlock Holmes. I had to read one Sherlock Holmes novel and I had no idea what it was about. But this app masterfully retells the story, using memorable visuals! It is a wonderful and exciting new way to read the story.

I see all these 5 star reviews raving about how amazing and intriguing the game is. I might be able to agree with them if it would ever actually load and let me play. It tries to come up for about 3 seconds before it crashes.

The audio and animations were great. (Also, everything works fine on my iPhone 6 w/ iOS 8)

Sherlock Holmes the greatest detective of all time

This app will tell one of Sherlock's classical story in an amazing way. You as the reader will definitely feel very immersed into Sherlock's world. Will truly want to see more in the future.

If you're a fan of Sherlock you'll love this. It's an interactive story. You turn it one way to listen to the story or turn another way to read like a book. Either way you'll still get to see the amazing HD graphic scenes. Wonderful app!

This is a fun app. For people who enjoy interacting with things and not just listening it is perfect. My one complaint is that it is far too short and it has no sequels for me to enjoy. Beautiful work...I give it an A- because it is FAR too short!

It is a great app specially for a Holmes fan like myself, but I really don't get why can't I listen to the narration while in portrait mode. It seems a little silly to keep staring at the animations/pictures (great, nonetheless) while listening to the narration. Am I missing something?
